Our Household Survey will help us understand how the services you receive from us could best be delivered to meet your specific needs and the needs of those who live with you.
This could include things like communicating with you by your preferred method – such as by email, or by telephone. It could also include understanding how any health condition you have might mean certain types of repairs need to be completed more quickly in your home.
We’ll also use the information you provide to monitor our services to make sure they are fair for everyone.

What you can expect
The survey has five short sections including your contact details, communication preferences, and health circumstances:
- All the questions are optional, so if you don’t feel comfortable answering a question, there will be a ‘Prefer not to say’ option.
- If you would like some help to fill in the survey, please ask your Customer Liaison Officer who will be happy to complete the form with you.
- The information you give us is protected by law. For more information about how your data is handled please see our Privacy Notice.
Once we receive your completed survey, we will update our system with your answers so that we can use this when providing you with services. If we need any extra information to help us understand how we can best meet your specific needs, we’ll contact you again.
How to complete the survey
If you received the survey by email
- Follow the link in the email to complete the survey or copy and paste the URL provided into your browser.
- The survey link is unique to your household – please do not forward it to anyone else.
- If you received the survey in an email but would prefer a paper version, please contact us and we’ll arrange this for you.
If you received the survey in person or by post
- Please write your answers on the form provided. If you need extra space for Q15-18, please contact us to request a Continuation Form.
- You can return your survey by post in the pre-paid envelope provided, or by handing it back to your Customer Liaison Officer.
- If you received a paper copy of the survey but would prefer an electronic version, please contact us and we’ll arrange this for you.
