We’re pleased to share with you the latest issue of our resident magazine, YourGuinness, which provides an update on our performance and details of other important information we hope you find useful.

Earlier this year, we published our annual report for residents that shows how we performed against the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) last year (between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025). Here’s the report in case you haven’t seen it. You’ll see in the magazine we also provide an update of our performance so far this year.
We’ve also included information about our Household Survey, which can you complete by clicking here. Please take a few minutes to complete it and send it back to us as soon as possible – please include your full name and your address in the ‘name’ field. This information will help us ensure our services meet the needs of your household and will also enable us to better monitor to ensure that our services and service outcomes are fair.
